The Challenge

Juniper is a creative agency located in downtown Toronto, operating out of a historic brick-and-beam office environment. When they moved into the space, they wanted to start fresh — not only visually, but operationally — after repeated frustration with previous office cleaning services.

Their experience with past office cleaning providers followed a familiar pattern: a strong initial effort followed by missed details, inconsistent standards, and reactive communication. They were looking for an office cleaning service that would remain consistent long after move-in.

The space itself added complexity. Exposed brick, interior glass, shared amenities, and high-visibility surfaces meant even small lapses would be noticeable. In a creative office, cleanliness directly affects how the space feels and functions.

Our Approach

We began with a detailed walkthrough to understand how Juniper’s team used the space day to day, where traffic concentrated, and which areas required highest attention. From there, we built a structured office cleaning plan aligned with their workflow and needs and aligned both of our expectations.

A 15-hour initial deep clean was completed to properly reset the office. This included full interior glass squeegeeing, complete floor cleaning, vacuuming and sanitizing interior cupboards, detailed fridge cleaning, and a deep scrub of the shower to remove soap scum and staining — restoring a clean, bright finish.

Execution & Ongoing Service

Juniper now receives twice-weekly office cleaning services, delivered by a consistent team trained specifically to their space and expectations. This continuity has been key to maintaining long-term standards.

They actively use our internal app to submit last-minute requests, communicate with our office cleaners, and track supplies — creating a simple, direct line of communication with their office cleaning provider.

Payment and administration are intentionally frictionless. Juniper keeps a credit card on file, receives receipts automatically, and avoids invoice management altogether. There are no long-term contracts — the service continues because the results remain consistent.

One year into service, Juniper is extremely happy with the consistency, communication, and reliability of their office cleaning services.

Their office remains clean, organized, and well-managed without internal oversight. Supplies are tracked proactively, requests are handled quickly, and cleaning standards remain consistent week after week.
